Covid-19: Box Breathing...
Box breathing is a really effective way of calming the body down.
It is a technique for reducing stress, feelings of anxiety or panic and bringing us back to a sense of calm.
As you go through this breathing exercise, sit in a comfortable chair, feet flat on the floor, hands on the knees and if comfortable, eyes closed to relax.
Try it in the morning to start your day on a note of calm, before bed to relax the body before sleep and during this time after watching the news.

1) Breathe in for 4 seconds
2) Hold for 4 seconds
3) Breathe out for 4 seconds
4) Hold for 4 seconds
